30 diciembre 2023 He de decir que he vuelto a utilizar la mano derecha, pero por ejemplo el ratón del ordenador lo manejo más cómodamente con la izquierda. Yo creía que era diestra pero cuando te abres a nuevas posibilidades te das cuenta de que eres capaz de hacer cosas que antes no. Me confundía un poco al principio, pero al poco tiempo dejó de pasarme. Ahora me gusta escribir con la mano izquierda, es como una meditación, una terapia, no puedes tener prisa y has de estar consciente de todos los movimientos sin dejar de pensar en lo que quieres expresar. Ejemplo de letras con sensación de volumen y sombras:
Es muy importante conseguir un buen contraste, el contraste se consigue introduciendo una amplia gama de valores. De claroscuro, si es en blanco y negro, o diferentes grados de luminosidad en la escala de tonos utilizados. En este ejemplo podemos observar que le faltaría, quizá, algún tono más oscuro para reforzar el contraste.
Dos trucos para comprobar que nuestro dibujo tiene un contraste suficiente y si hay armonía en las líneas y espacios intermedios:
Uno: observar nuestro dibujo con los ojos entornados como si nos molestara una luz demasiado intensa. De esa manera podemos apreciar los más claros y los más oscuros.
Dos: colocar nuestro dibujo en un lugar, alejarnos de él y echarle una mirada rápida desde lejos para percibir la impresión general de la composición, ya que cuando lo estamos elaborando, estamos todo el rato muy cerca y vamos perdiendo la apreciación global.
Para escribir/dibujar tus letras te aconsejo que busques unas que ya existan y que te gusten, que las practiques repitiéndolas hasta que cojas soltura y seguridad en el trazo. Y a partir de ahí crees tu propio abecedario.
Puedes añadir algún motivo a las letras, que se repita, si no igual, muy parecido, para que luego lo que escribas tenga cierto grado de coherencia.
