color: #f2bbbb;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8211; 200 gr<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0de bayas mixtas, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">manzana, pera&#8230;..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\">Proceder<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #f2bbbb;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8211; Poner a remojo los anacardos unas horas, escurrir, batir y a\u00f1adir el kombucha cuando est\u00e9n como una crema fina a fin de que fermenten.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #f2bbbb;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Colocar en un lugar abrigado. Por ejemplo dentro del horno apagado. Por lo menos hasta el d\u00eda siguiente. Sabremos que est\u00e1 fermentando cuando veamos que la masa tiene burbujas por dentro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #f2bbbb;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8211; Poner la chia en remojo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #f2bbbb;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8211; Poner todos los ingredientes de las crepes en la batidora y quedar\u00e1 como una crema espesa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #f2bbbb;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8211; Para la crema fresca pondremos por otro lado todos los ingredientes reservando \u00bd taza de anacardos para la salsa de cacao.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #f2bbbb;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">-Si ponemos az\u00facar de coco, pasarla primero por el molinillo de caf\u00e9 o diluirla en la taza de agua, para que nos quede con textura fina.
